About the Position

Technical Support Engineers to provide enterprise-level (L2 to L3) assistance to the business.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Resolving network and software issues, using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
For more complex problems that require more complex instruction, they will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
They would then also need to analyse, follow up and close off outstanding or aged tickets.
