About the Position

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The analysis, design, verification and validation of solutions for business requirements and/problems specific to the BSS domain and any associated touch point. The solutions must enable the achievement of goals, the provision of services/capabilities and the improvement in efficiencies/revenue/customer experience
across the organisation on behalf of the various requirement stakeholders The incumbent's job description is not limited to the following.
RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Grade 12
Normal literacy - English: read, write and
speak.
BSc / Engineering degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5 years' minimum proven industry related
experience interacting directly with end users,
in similar position in the telecoms environment.

MINIMUM INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Telecommunications Software Support environment would be a definite advantage

ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Huawei BSS experience a plus. BSS experience a must.
Java development/ .NET /C# etc (Some sort of Dev background.)
OO Analysis design and programming techniques.
DBMS experience
PL/SQL
Expertise with various frameworks.
PCI Banking/Online payment a plus.
