About the Position

The main function would be to attend to end user support calls. It is a prerequisite to have strong PC troubleshooting skills

Description
Provide technical computer assistance to end users across the Company
Assist with rollout and installation of computer equipment
Configure and test computer equipment
Install software related products
Identify and resolve automated software deployment errors
Troubleshoot faulty equipment and software
Desktop support
Hardware supportPrinter supportNovell, mobile, tablet smartphone support

Specific Knowledge and Skills
Matric
A+,N+ or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years practical in-service delivery; desktop and LAN support; generalist
Providing onsite hardware, software and LAN Technical support
Hardware Maintenance
Emails and Internet programs
Desktop and MFP line printer repairs
Cabling

Own transport and valid driver's license a must for petrol card allocation
